Seen at Tel Aviv’s Hostages Square A 25-meter mock Hamas tunnel was erected simulating a claustrophobic, dimly lit passage through which attendees can walk. The Tunnel Installation allows visitors to experience conditions under which hostages are being held in Gaza.

Ofakim (Avraham, is the brother of Israel Chana. A civilian who saved a whole neighborhood in Ofakim on October 7th) “On the early morning of the 7th of October, my brother, Israel, celebrated his thirties birthday with his girlfriend Shahaf and our sister Aviva. I never thought that this would be his farewell party from us. Around six O’clock in the morning, my brother came back home from the party to Ofakim, He and Shahaf took out his beloved dog Marley for a walk in the park and it didn’t take long until they started to see explosions and interceptions of rockets in the sky. “On the morning of October 7th, we woke up and heard the horrible news from the south. Sagi jumped out of our bed, and in a few minutes, we were already at the door saying goodbye. He kissed me on the lips and assured me that he would return home soon. He told me not to worry, in two weeks we are getting married. I made a deal with Sagi that every hour we would send each other a heart emoji so I would know he was safe. When the hearts stopped coming, I knew something bad had happened.
